Refund & Cancellation

1. General Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or through your dashboard. The date we receive your written notification will be considered the cancellation date. Depending on the amount of advance notice provided, cancellation fees will apply.

2. Standard Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost.
  • 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 25% of total package cost.
  • 7 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
  • Less than 7 days prior to departure: 100% of total package cost (No Refund).

*Please note that these are standard charges. Certain flight tickets, luxury hotel bookings, and peak-season dates may carry a 100% non-refundable policy strictly controlled by the vendors.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) used at the time of booking.

4. Visa Rejection

In the event that your visa is rejected by the respective embassy/consulate, Soulpath Holiday will not be held liable. Standard cancellation policies as outlined above will apply, minus any non-refundable visa application fees already paid.
